Republic of the Philippines MUNICIPALITY OF ORION Province of Bataan Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat Office, 2nd Floor Municipal Building, San Vicente, Orion, Bataan Telephone No. 240-9210 local 1013 PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR RHU-ORION 1) The Municipality of Orion Bataan through the Annual or Supplemental Budget, as approved by the Sanggunian FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Twelve Thousand Ninety-One Pesos (Php 2,112,091.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines for RHU-Orion with reference number 26ITB-LV04-G-055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Orion Bataan now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Medicines. Delivery of the Goods is required Twenty-One (21) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. a.
