Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR Municipality of Carrascal Barangay ADLAY Sangguniang Kabataan INVITATION FOR BIDS The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Adlay through its Bids and Awards Committee invites sealed bids from eligible supplier with application license for SITIO NASIPIT VOLLEYBALL COURT ROOFING OF BARANGAY ADLAY, CARRASCAL, SURIGAO DEL SUR with APPROVED BUDGET FOR CONTRACT THREE MILLION. Php. 3,000,000.00 Bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect and acquired the bidding documents, at the office of the employer, at OFFICE OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE A complete set of bidding documents may be purchase by interested eligible bidders on submission of a written application to the above office, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Php.5,000.00. Issuance of bid documents will be on October 31, 2026. Pre bidding conference will be on November 9, 2026. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Awards of Contract shall be governed by the patient provision of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any form: Cash, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check 1% of the ABC; or Surety Bonds 2.5% of the ABC with a validity period of 120 calendar days. Bids will be opened at the Barangay Session Hall, Adlay, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur on November 16, 2026 on 2:00pm, in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend. The BLGU reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to award of the contractor, without thereby incurring any liability to the effected bidder or bidders or any obligations to inform the affected bidders of the reasons for Employer’s action.
