In view of two-failed bidding conducted for the project, the City Government of Valenzuela, through the Road Networks S.B. No. 2, 2026, LBP Loan, TL No. 75 City Engineer’s Office intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND FIFTY-EIGHT HUNDREDTHS (PhP15,870,426.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 115-IMPVT-RD/DR-GTDL-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. No. 26-854 T O T A L ABC (Php) 15,870,426.58 The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
