IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT CENTER (PHASE 4)

REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES PROVINCE OF LEYTE MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN BRGY. POBLACION ZONE 1 -oOo- CAPOOCAN BIDS AND AWARD COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT CENTER (PHASE 4) 1. The BLGU POBLACION ZONE 1 CAPOOCAN, LEYTE, through the 20% D.F 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN PESOS AND 82/100 ONLY (Php429, 647.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT CENTER (PHASE 4). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The BLGU POBLACION ZONE 1 OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 34 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
