Republic of the Philippines Province of Ilocos Norte MUNICIPALITY OF PIDDIG INVITATION TO BID FOR PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-076 Improvement of Trading Center 1.The Municipality of Piddig through the 20% MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum Two Million Five Hundred Thousand & 00/100 Pesos (Php2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-076 Improvement of Trading Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Municipality of Piddig now invites bids PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-076 Improvement of Trading Center. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Piddig -Office of the BAC Secretary, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 9:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday, before the opening of bid, scheduled on November 23, 2026 at 9:30AM. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on November 1, 2026- November 22, 2026 8:00AM to 5:00 PM and November 23, 2026 at 8:00AM to 9:00 AM from the address below Municipality of Piddig -Office of the BAC Secretary, and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00). 6.
