Republic of the Philippines Province of Ilocos Norte MUNICIPALITY OF PIDDIG INVITATION TO BID FOR PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-078 Rehabilitation/ Improvement of Natural Waterways for Tobacco Farmers in Barangay Dupitac, Piddig, Ilocos Norte 1.The Municipality of Piddig through the RA 7171 2025 intends to apply the sum One Million & 00/100 Pesos (Php1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-078 Rehabilitation/ Improvement of Natural Waterways for Tobacco Farmers in Barangay Dupitac, Piddig, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Municipality of Piddig now invites bids PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-078 Rehabilitation/ Improvement of Natural Waterways for Tobacco Farmers in Barangay Dupitac, Piddig, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Piddig -Office of the BAC Secretary, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 9:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday, before the opening of bid, scheduled on November 23, 2026 at 9:30AM.November 1, 2026- November 22, 2026 8:00AM to 5:00 PM and November 23, 2026 at 8:00AM to 9:00 AM from the address below Municipality of Piddig -Office of the BAC Secretary, and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00). 6.
