Delivery of the Goods is required: Delivery shall be made within 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Partial deliveries are permitted, provided that the full ordered quantity of each item is completed within the same 30-days period Terms and Conditions: 1. Material and Construction Certification. The bidder must submit a certification from the manufacturer (if applicable) that the medical instruments offered are fabricated from high-grade stainless steel. 2. Autoclavability and Corrosion Resistance. All offered instruments must be resistant to autoclaving, corrosion, and thermal exposure. A Certificate of Compliance with the requirements of ISO and/or CE certificate (if applicable) shall be provided. 3. Sterilization Compatibility. The bidder must certify that the instruments are compatible with standard steam autoclave sterilization methods and any other specific sterilization method required by the end-user. 4. Warranty Coverage. The bidder must Submit a notarized Certificate of Warranty for a minimum of two (2) years on all parts, labor, and services for all medical and surgical instruments offered.
