Invitation to Bid for Completion of Box Culvert for Flood Control in Purok 5, Poblacion 1) The Municipality of Kitcharao, through the 5% MDRRM Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos (PhP 486,355.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Box Culvert for Flood Control in Purok 5, Poblacion. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Kitcharao now invites bids for Completion of Box Culvert for Flood Control in Purok 5, Poblacion. Completion of the Works is required within Thirty-Four (34) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
