SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR PNP MOBILIZATION AND OPERATION

REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES PROVINCE OF COTABATO MUNICIPALITY OF ARAKAN INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR PNP MOBILIZATION AND OPERATION 1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the GENERAL FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos only (₱594,450.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR PNP MOBILIZATION AND OPERATION with Reference No. 2026-G-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR PNP MOBILIZATION AND OPERATION Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days from receipts of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. i) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. ii) Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Secretariat of Local Government Unit of Arakan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM during Monday to Friday excluding holidays. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on Nov.2, 2026 until Nov.9, 2026, f
