HARDBOUND OF SWD OFFICIAL RECEIPTS (LOOSELEAF) - JANUARY 2026 - DECEMBER 2026 Delivery period: 30 DAYS Books for Jan-Nov. 2026 shall be delivered within twenty (20) days from receipt of Purchase Order. Last book (Dec. 2026) shall be delivered within first week of January 2027. Place of delivery: F.O.B. Sogod Water District Office, Sogod, Southern Leyte | MON-FRI 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, OFFICE HOURS ONLY. In case of failure to make the full delivery within the time specified above, the Supplier/Contractor shall be liable for liquidated damages equivalent to one-tenth (1/10) of one percent (0.1%) of the total contract price for every day of delay until full delivery is made and accepted by the Procuring Entity, not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the total contract price. The quotation must be denominated in Philippine Peso, inclusive of all taxes and levies. Please note that the corresponding bank transfer fee, if any, shall be chargeable to the Supplier. Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall automatically be rejected.
