Supply and Delivery of N95 for CY 2027 (Early Procurement Activity)

INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF N95 FOR CY 2027 (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY) ITB NO. 2026 –767 1) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2027 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (PhP2,690,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of N95 for CY 2027 (Early Procurement Activity) under ITB No. 2026-767. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of N95 for CY 2027 (Early Procurement Activity). Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of an Advice for Delivery. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
