Republic of the Philippines MUNICIPALITY OF TUNGAWAN Bids and Awards Committee Office of the and Awards Committee located at 2nd Floor Municipal Hall Bldg Invitation to BID SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS (PHILHEALTH MCP/NCP HOSPITAL CHARGES) 1)The Local Government Unit of Tungawan, through the Trust Fund –(PHILHEALTH MCP/NCP HOSPITAL CHARGES NO. 1252-1202-69 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos(₱1,887,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS (PHILHEALTH MCP/NCP HOSPITAL CHARGES) underidentification numberITB No. 2026-10-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The Local Government Unit of Tungawan now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS (PHILHEALTH MCP/NCP HOSPITAL CHARGES). Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
