ITB No. 2026-059 INVITATION TO BID The Municipal Government of Gen. E. Aguinaldo, Cavite, through the Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 570,000.00) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 2026 Twenty Percent (20%) Development Fund Budget, to payments under the contract: PB 54-INFRA-2026 "CONSTRUCTION OF CANAL LINING LOCATED AT BARANGAY TABORA, GEN. E. AGUINALDO, CAVITE". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening. The Municipal Government of Gen. E. Aguinaldo, Cavite now invites bids for Construction Project with work includes: "1) Construction of Canal Lining Completion of the Works is required Thirty-Four (34) calendar days / November 21, 2026 – December 24, 2027. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183.
