BARANGAY ROAD CONCRETING AT BARANGAY PONG-OL, VIGAN CITY, ILOCOS SUR

INVITATION TO BID Barangay Pong-ol, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible suppliers to bid for the hereunder project: Name of Contract: BARANGAY ROAD CONCRETING Location: Barangay Pong-ol, Vigan City Approved Budget for the Contract ₱ 524,809.00 Prospective bidders should possess all Licenses and Permits applicable to the contract, and have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). Issuance of Bid Documents from November 3-10, 2026 until before the opening of bids (8:00 AM to 2:00- PM except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) 2. Approval of Resolution and Issuance of Notice of Award November 12, 2026 6. Contract Preparation and Signing November 13, 2026 7. Notice to Proceed November 13, 2026 The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at BAC OFFICE, Vigan City upon their submission of a LOI, and upon their payment of a non-refundable amount of ₱500.00 to the Treasurer of Barangay Pong-ol, Vigan City.
