The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for the above Contract on turnkey basis as further detailed in the Request for Proposals document. The Contract shall be executed on a turnkey basis , including design, development, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and three (3) years operation and maintenance of the RIAC system. The procurement process will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) , and is open to all eligible Proposers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
