The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Govt: of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Abbottabad now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for multiple Bids for the Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of flood 2022 Affected Schools (Phase-1) under KP-HCIP in District Abbottabad. The time duration of each contract is 9 months. 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers March 2018 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all Bidders at defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
