REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR HIRING OF SERVICES OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS AT “NATIONAL HEALTH SUPPORT PROGRAM (NHSP)” Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, invites the applications from qualified and experienced individuals against the following positions As an Individual Consultant on a “ Contract Basis” for the World Bank funded program through ADP/ Development scheme titled “ NATIONAL HEALTH SUPPORT PROGRAM (NHSP)” Government of the Punjab. The qualification and experience required for the posts is as under: Sr# Title No. Qualification Experience & Skills 1. Healthcare Management Specialist (Deputy Program Director) (PPS-10) 01 MBBS / MD / BDS with post-graduation in health discipline (Public Health / Health Economics / health care management) from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. At least, six (6) years of documentary verifiable relevant experience working in health projects with minimum three (3) years, after acquiring MBBS/BDS, of experience at managerial or equivalent level in areas described in the scope of work. The specific experience shall be in developing and implementing health sector operations. Experience of producing/technically supporting guidelines/training materials in health sector will be required. 2 Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10) 01 CA / ACCA / CIMA / ACMA / MBA (Finance) Completion of articles from a registered audit firm shall be accorded due weightage At least, eight (08) years of documentary verifiable experience relevant experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications. Working knowledge of the public sector accounting with thorough understanding of PFM cycle, regulatory mechanism, financial modelling and grievance redressal mechanisms of large-scale beneficiary services would be an added advantage. Experience of financial reporting based on international Public Sector Accounting Standards in government institutions. 3 Monitorin
