The Republic of Serbia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Serbia Noncommunicable Diseases Prevention and Control Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of MRIs. 2. The Project Coordination Unit of behalf of the Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of five MRIs for five health care institutions, within seven months, margin of preference is not applicable. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 60% and for Bid cost: 40%. 5.
