The consulting services (“the Services”) include the design and implementation of a tracer study of youth beneficiaries trained under the Youth Training and Employment Initiative , including development of survey instruments/tools, field data collection, statistical analysis, preparation of draft and final reports, and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders. The duration of the assignment is expected to be 23 weeks . The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained at the address given below. The National Youth Commission (NAYCOM) now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: Demonstrated experience in conducting tracer studies or similar impact evaluation studies Experience in youth employment, skills development, or labour market programs Experience working on donor-funded projects, preferably financed by the World Bank or other development partners Adequate technical and managerial capacity to undertake the assignment Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortl
