Request for Expression of Interest Procurement Specialist for SEAFS Country: Syrian Arab Republic Project: Syria Public Financial Management Capacity Strengthening Project. Grant No.: P512516 Assignment Title: Procurement Specialist to provide procurement support to SEAFS Reference No.: SY-MOF-547082-CS-INDV The Syrian Ministry of Finance has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the above‑referenced project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for hiring a procurement specialist to provide procurement support to the Syria External Assistance Fiduciary Section (SEAFS)to be established under the Project. Interested applicant who meets the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services based on the Terms and References (TOR) will be selected.
