This Invitation for bid follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. NA datedNAand the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated01/08/2025. 2. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering using Request for Bids (RfB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” fourth edition, November 2020 as well as the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410 , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
