Request for Quotations UKRAINE Project: “Lifting Education Access and Resilience in times of Need in Ukraine” Grant: No. TF0D0613 Name of the Contract: Services for the Organization and Technical Support of Business Travel Contract number: LEARN-2.5-EUE-TRAVEL 1. Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter IBRD or the World Bank) have entered into agreements with respect to the "Lifting Education Access and Resilience in times of Need in Ukraine" Program (hereinafter LEARN or the Project). Part of the proceeds of this grant is to be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Quotations (hereinafter the Request) is issued. 2. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (hereinafter the Purchaser) hereby invites bidders to submit quotations for the provision of services for the organization and technical support of business travel for Project participants during the period May–December 2026. 3. The World Bank requires compliance with the Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its applicable sanctions policies and procedures, as outlined in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework. In further compliance with this policy, Bidders shall permit and require their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, sub-consultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to permit the Bank to inspect all invoices, records and other documents relating to the request for quotations and execution of the contract (in case of award), as well as for their verification by auditors appointed by the Bank. 4.
