This Public Call consists of : Call for Proposal (Terms of Reference) Annex 1 – Project Proposal Template Annex 2 - Financial Proposal Template Annex 3 – OSCE Methodology Annex 4 – Indices List Applications (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be delivered in separate PDF files) must be received by the OSCE under ipcalls-at@osce.org on or before 25 May 2026, 12:00 CEST (local time Vienna).
