Country: Cambodia Description of the Assignment: International Consultant to conduct a comprehensive Capacity Needs Assessment and design six (6) training modules Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 60 working days (including 6 days travel into Cambodia) from 10 June 2026 to 20 December 2026Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
