General Information The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Philippines, under the European Union – Philippines Green Economy Partnership: Green Local Government Units Project, intends to conduct a market sounding exercise to better understand the capacity, experience, availability, and interest of qualified firms or entities that may be able to provide technical assistance on circular economy financing at the local government level. This Request for Information is being issued to gather market information that may inform the design of a possible subsequent solicitation process, including the finalization of the Terms of Reference, technical requirements, qualification criteria, evaluation approach, implementation timelines, and indicative market capacity. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation or an invitation to submit a proposal. Participation in this RFI is voluntary and does not create any obligation on the part of UNDP to issue a solicitation, award a contract, or establish any contractual relationship with any respondent.
