Please submit your proposals by latest 31-May-2026 at 23:59 pm (Syria time): VERY IMPORTANT NOTES: Joint venture international companies are encouraged to submit their offers; please review item#4.2 of the above attached document; All bids shall be submitted in EURO or USD for international companies, the national companies can submit their bids in (USD) or Syrian Pounds (SYP), the Contract will be issued in the same currency of the bid. The payment will be processed in (USD or EURO) for international companies, while UNICEF will process the payments’ value in Syrian Pounds (SYP) as per the United Nations Exchange Rate on the date of payment process for national companies in case the bid was in USD.
