Disability Data Workshop (13–17 July 2026) and Disability Stakeholders Presentat

UNFPA invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of conference and event support services for a five (5) day, Disability Data Workshop scheduled from 13–17 July 2026 and a one-day Disability Stakeholders Presentation on 20 July 2026.The scope of services includes the provision of a suitable conference venue, catering services, audio-visual equipment, meeting facilities, internet connectivity, and related logistical support necessary for the successful delivery of both events. The selected contractor will be required to ensure that all facilities and services are available and operational throughout the duration of the workshop and presentation, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFQ. UNFPA is using Quantum, an ERP platform based Oracle Cloud, which supports the United Nations procurement processes.
