Ref: RFP-007-2026 (LRPS-2026- 9204149) Institutional Consultancy for development and rollout of Learning Passport to support implementation of digital solutions in teaching and learning by developing digital literacy curriculum content, expanding the radio learning platform and the Learning Passport, and building teacher capacity to deliver inclusive digital learning that promotes girls’ participation in science, mathematics and technology (STEM) while supporting innovations that reach the most vulnerable girls through improved engagement, learning tracking, and assessment. Offers to this tender must be received by latest 8:00 AM on 7th July 2026 (GMT time). Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
