World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations with 193 member states. WIPO is conducting a competitive solicitation process to select a Contractor to provide support in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) development, data collection review, Organizational continuous improvement framework and a Contractor to provide on demand customer feedback related services. WIPO hereby invites your company to submit a proposal in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) No. CES-26-01887-RFP. It is to be noted that WIPO will only accept proposals from a legal entity/Commercial companies. Proposals sent directly by individuals will not be accepted.
