Country: JamaicaDuration: 1 year with possibility of extension up to 4 yearsDescription of assignment : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), of 1-3 Lady Musgrave Road and the UN Houseat 14-16 Port Royal Street, Downtown, invites proposals for qualified Cleaning Companies, with the capability to provide services under a 2-year contract with the possibility of extension up to 4 years subject to the suppliers performance.This contract will be established under a Long-Term Agreement (LTA). The required services shall consist of routine high-level cleaning services at both locations, UNDP and from the ground to 3rd floor at the UN House, Downtown. The company shall follow global best practice methods/techniques, and use of environmentally friendly consumables & products, which are designed to reduce the impact on the environment. The intent to execute a contract with the most qualified service provider/s that presents the most economically viable proposal.
