The assignment will include an evidence review, four country case studies, consultations with key stakeholders, development of a governance and financial risk diagnostic prototype, and preparation of actionable recommendations and a donor-facing narrative package.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
