Support 15 START Agribusinesses to Meet National and International Standards

Scope of ServicesThe selected firm will provide comprehensive technical assistance to at least fifteen (15) agribusiness SMEs supported under the START Facility across Uganda to strengthen their compliance with national and international regulatory, quality, and product standardization requirements. The assignment includes conducting pre-certification assessments and gap analyses; supporting product and process improvements; facilitating laboratory testing, certification, and licensing processes; strengthening quality management and compliance systems; supporting business formalization and regulatory compliance; building the technical capacity of SMEs through training and mentorship; and documenting lessons learned through case studies. The overall objective is to enhance the market readiness, competitiveness, and investment readiness of participating enterprises, enabling them to access local and international markets and finance.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
