Conference and Venue Hire for REDATAM Census Launch and NSIF Workshops

UNFPA invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of services as specified in the line items of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following events:REDATAM Census Launch and Workshop – Conference and venue hire services for a two-day event scheduled from 21–22 July 2026.National Statistical Indicator Framework Workshop – Conference and venue hire services for a two-day workshop scheduled from 29–30 July 2026The scope of services includes the provision of a suitable conference venue, catering services, audio-visual equipment, meeting facilities, internet connectivity, and related logistical support necessary for the successful delivery of both events. The selected contractor will be required to ensure that all facilities and services are available and operational throughout the duration of the workshop and presentation, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFQ.
