All detailed requirements, specifications, and conditions are included in the RFQ documents. Submissions must be received no later than 15 July 2026 at 23:59 (Sudan local time) via the UNGM / In-tend procurement system. Late submissions will not be accepted. Each submission must reference RFQ No. WHO/SUD/PROC/2026/0031 and be signed by an authorized representative of the bidder.
