UNDP seeks to engage a qualified service provider to update existing PLN emissions tracking and reporting system to ensure the proceeds from the financial products are used for activities related to accelerating national clean energy transition as specified in the Transition Finance Framework, making the impact measurable and verifiable.The service provider shall be responsible for updating emissions tracking and reporting system platform. The updated platform shall be able to demonstrate technical feasibility, institutional interoperability, and alignment with national and international MRV requirements.1.
