Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: To respond to on direct requests from the NSSF, and building on past and existing technical support to the NSSF, the ILO will support the NSSF in Cambodia through: • a comprehensive business process review of the current NSSF health insurance scheme, including the claims management system. • a technical workshop to present review findings, present and discuss best international practices to inform discussions on potential reform options to improve the operational processes. Please note that travel is not required for this assignment.
