Contract Management and Quality Assurance of the Expansion of BNSS Portal

Description of the Assignment: This consultancy will provide contract management and quality assurance services for the expansion of the Belize National Statistical System (BNSS) Portal. The consultant will oversee the portal developers work, review and test deliverables, monitor progress against milestones, identify and mitigate implementation risks, and provide technical guidance to ensure the upgraded platform meets the required technical specifications, user needs, and quality standards. The assignment will be implemented over Period of assignment/services: 38 weeks (approximately 9.5 months) Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal.
