Supply, Configuration, Implementation, and Support of a Unified eLMIS for Uganda’s Public Health Supply Chain

UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of an End-to-End Delivery of a Unified eLMIS for Uganda’s Public Health Supply Chain This Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the procurement and implementation of a unified Electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS) for Uganda’s public health sector. The eLMIS will strengthen the management of vaccines, essential medicines, and program commodities nationwide by addressing existing system fragmentation. It is expected to improve data visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency across the supply chain. This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system. By clicking on the blue ‘Express Interest’ button in the UNGM tender notice, the full UNICEF e-submission system instructions to bidders document (including instructions on how to access the tender documents and submit an Offer) will be automatically emailed to the ‘contact persons’ included in your UNGM registration.
