Country: IndonesiaThe Consultant is expected to commence the assignment in August 2026 and conclude in January 2027. The primary objective is to provide technical expertise to the UNDP Marine Plastic Litter Reduction Acceleration Secretariat by strengthening financing analysis and developing a budget tagging framework to support waste management and marine debris policies in Indonesia. The Consultant will be responsible for contributions to the following technical domains:Inception and Budget Tagging Methodology DevelopmentBudget Mapping and Expenditure Analysis for National and Subnational Waste Management ProgrammesFinancing Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis for RAN PS ImplementationStakeholder Coordination, Technical Consultation, and Validation ProcessesPolicy Recommendations, Knowledge Products, and Financing Support for Sustainable Waste ManagementPeriod of assignment/services: 60 working days within 6 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
