The purpose of this assignment is to conduct an end-of-project evaluation of UNESCO project “Economic Empowerment through Skills Development and Literacy Training in Afghanistan” which is part of the wider World Bank-funded Education Emergency Response in Afghanistan (EERA) Project. Useful notes: 1) Pre-bid Meeting/ Q&A Session by: July 13th, 2026, at 15h00 Kabul local time. 2) Expressing interest in participating in the pre-bid meeting should be communicated no later than July 11th, 2026, 23h59 Kabul local time. 3) Intention to bid or not to bid (with brief reasons) shall be communicated to UNESCO by July 16th, 2026.
