Country: Vietnam Description of the Assignment: National consultant to provide technical support and operation of PFES models (Output 3.4). Period of assignment/services: August 2026 to 30 June 2027 (85 days)Objective: The objective of this assignment is to: - Develop the workplan for the assignment.- Review, consult and update three PFES models (including detailed activities, estimated budget and deliverables) proposed to be supported by Lam Dong PMU (See Annex 1 for detailed models).- Provide technical backstopping for the implementation of PFES models supported by UNDP and develop monitoring reports for the activity 3.4c. - Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
