Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The expert on labour inspection will work with Moldova’s State Labour Inspectorate (SLI) personnel to conduct a gap analysis of existing labour inspectorate legislative framework against ILO and EU standards. Conduct following update to legislation, and inspection toolkits and manuals to align with ILO standards and EU requirements. Building SLI focal person capacity over the contract, including assisting development of a first draft costed institutional development plan, is a key function.
