**********Update 23 July 2026 QA File and UNITE Presentation is attached to the notice Deadline for submission of responses is extended until 02 August 2026 23.59 CEST********** UNICEF invites eligible technology providers and implementation partners to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) for the proposed UNITE (Unified Results Management, Planning, Monitoring and Reporting) Platform. Through this RFI, UNICEF seeks to gather information on Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions, technologies, architectural approaches, and implementation models that could support the development of a next-generation global platform for indicator management, planning, monitoring, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support. The information collected will help UNICEF assess market capabilities, identify potential solution approaches, and inform future procurement and implementation decisions. Interested service providers are invited to submit their responses by email to the contacts listed above. Please include the reference “RFI - COTS UNITE Platform” in the subject line. Submissions should include full contact details of the service provider, including the contact person’s information. The deadline for submissions is 14 July 2026 at 23h59 CEST (Valencia, Spain). We kindly request service providers to adhere to the established deadline. Vendors may submit their responses after the established deadline, and UNICEF may consider them at its discretion. Late submissions may be reviewed based on the availability of internal resources and the relevance of the information to the ongoing information gathering process. Interested service providers are strongly advised to read through the entire document before submitting their response to this RFI and respond to the questions listed in Appendix A - Vendor Response Template and Appendix B – Product/Solution Classification Matrix .
