RFQ/226/2026/KBA/ROAS - Providing Hotel Accommodation and Workshop Hosting Services in Ramallah, Occupied Palestinian Territory

The objective of this ToR is to provide the services of a qualified, professional and locally registered hotel in Ramallah to provide: ● Accommodation for six (6) participants —for one (1) night tentatively between 11 and 12 August, on single-occupancy basis, including breakfast and dinner; and ● A dedicated meeting venue on the hotel premises, with full catering and the necessary technical equipment, to host a two (2) full-day workshop from 11 to 12 August for twelve (12) participants. All services shall be delivered at the same premises, so that participants are accommodated at the venue where the workshop is held. The hotel will be responsible for the logistical and administrative arrangements necessary for the smooth delivery of the accommodation and the workshop.
