National consultant to update professional guidelines on nationality procedures

Country: VIet Nam Description of the Assignment: National Consultant for Updating professional guidelines on nationality procedures for vulnerable groups and delivering three capacity-building training sessions for officials working on nationality-related matters Period of assignment/services: August 2026 - March 2027 The objectives of the assignment are to:· support the Department of Public Records Administration (Ministry of Justice) in reviewing and revising the professional guidelines on nationality procedures for vulnerable groups (in Vietnamese). · deliver three (03) two-day training courses for officials working on nationality-related matters in Q4/2026 and Q1/2027, aiming for productive engagement among all participants. This task includes preparing the training content, delivering the training workshop as the lead trainer and compiling the training report.Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
