The International Labour Organization (ILO) Jordan invites legally registered Jordanian non-profit organizations to submit proposals to implement the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) programme under the PROSPECTS Phase II initiative. The assignment aims to strengthen entrepreneurship, economic inclusion, and access to finance for vulnerable Jordanians and Syrian refugees through the delivery of SIYB training packages (GYB, SYB, and IYB), certification of SIYB trainers, business counselling, and linkages to financial services. The procurement is divided into three geographic lots (North, Central, and South), with one implementing partner to be selected per lot. The implementation period is 12 months (1 October 2026 – 30 September 2027).
