The Remediation Fund is specifically designed for civil society organizations supporting migrant workers who have experienced violations of their labour rights and are in the process of seeking remediation. Interventions should adopt a migrant-centred, gender-responsive and inclusive approach, ensuring equitable access to support and remedy for migrant workers of all genders and addressing barriers that may disproportionately affect women migrant workers and other vulnerable groups.
