LOT2_Gate, Structural and Emergency Access Design Services

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rwanda invites qualified engineering firms or consortia to submit proposals for consultancy services to undertake the detailed design of gate, structural, and emergency access improvements at the UNDP Rwanda Country Office compound in Kigali. The assignment includes detailed engineering assessments, structural analysis and calculations, preparation of architectural, civil and structural drawings, vehicle movement and emergency access layouts, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, and works-ready procurement documentation for selected safety and security infrastructure interventions. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted to enable prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, existing infrastructure, project requirements, and any factors that may affect the preparation of their proposals. Interested firms are requested to register and submit their proposals through the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal before the deadline specified in the solicitation document. Bidders should carefully review the Request for Proposal (RFP) and ensure that their submissions include all required technical and financial documentation, evidence of relevant experience, and qualifications of the proposed experts. The mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will take place on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at 11:00 AM (Kigali Time) at the UNDP Rwanda Country Office, KN 67 Street No. 4, Kigali, Rwanda. A Site Visit Attendance Certificate will be issued to participating firms and must be submitted as part of the proposal. Only firms that participate in the mandatory site visit will be eligible for evaluation.
