REOI 26/001: Request for Expression of Interest for Pre-qualification of ICT Companies The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Republic of Moldova invites interested and eligible companies to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the provision of integrated digital solutions to support Moldova’s public and private sector digital transformation agenda. The purpose of the REOI is to identify suppliers that wish to participate in a forthcoming solicitation process. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in Quantum ERP supplier portal following the link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal (please log in using your username and password). Follow the instructions in the user guide to search for the tender using search filters, namely Negotiation ID: UNDP-MDA-01057 and subscribe to the tender in order to get notifications in case of amendments of the tender document and requirements.
