The purpose of this REOI is to identify and pre-qualify suppliers that wish to participate in a forthcoming formal solicitation process.1. Item 1 - TTPass - Digital ID platform.2. Item 2 - CareTT - Mobile social benefits wallet.UNDP OPGT invites suppliers to submit their applications expressing interest and providing documentation in order to be prequalified (shortlisted) to participate in subsequent RFPs for the above items.Suppliers may express their interest for a single item or both items, in which they have capacity and experience meeting the requirements. In the upcoming RFP process, only qualified suppliers from this exercise will be provided with the code repository and associated technical documentation of the existing platforms (under strict confidentiality) and invited to submit a proposal. Each item will be the subject of a different RFP, qualified and interested vendors who would like to submit a proposal for both RFPs (if succesfull in this Pre-qualification exercise) will have to do so separately.
